-Please make sure that your name is spelled exactly the same as the name appearing on the relevant ID or document. No variations are permitted.

-An original signature of the applicant on the signature line on the application form. Please make sure that your signature is on the line, and that the signature must match the signature in the applicants passport.

–Every question on the application must be answered to the best of your knowledge

-Applications must be typed in BLOCK CAPITAL LETTERS; handwritten changes are not accepted. on the applicant’s passport. 

-DOUBLE SIDED APPLICATIONS ARE NOT ACCEPTED.  . 

-Two Visa Application Forms per applicant properly completed and signed. Signature must be original on each application. Improperly completed forms may delay the processing of your visa.

• You must save the Application ID password for any changes or corrections to the application form.
• Select the location where you will be applying “Visa Application Center VFS (city)”. 
• For applications to be filed in New York single or double entry visas can only be processed as Rush processing. If choosing regular processing please follow instructions for a Tourist 3 year visa.
• Former citizens of the USSR or the Russian Federation must submit documentation confirming they are no longer citizens of the Russian Federation. such as “Visa to Israel”, or stamp in their passport saying that they left for “permanent residence abroad” before February, 06 1992, or an official document certifying their Russian citizenship was renounced.
