I realized that my passport was about to expire 3 days before my departure to Mexico. I was lucky enough to be able to contact Tanya at Emergency Expidited Passports and Visas at about 6pm on a Wednesday evening. Tanya was extremely help and kind and I was able to make van appointment for the next day at 11am. I arrived at that time and with exceptional, pleasant and professional service, I submitted the necessary documents. They promised the new passport would be delivered to their offices at about 5:30 pm the next day, which is exactly what was done. I can't recommend them enough.

These guys saved our vacation. Realized a passport was expired 2 days before we were traveling. Got a passport in 36 hours. Was not cheap but better than not going away. They are friendly, calm, and got the job done!

If I could give more stars I would! This agency was fantastic! I came in panicked needing a next day passport, they calmed me down and were so thoughtful. Called frantic on a Monday. Spoke to Avilon who was helpful, kind and compassionate. This is an honest company and they get the job done. I had my daughters passport in my hands the following day. All the women there that in dealt with are extremely knowledgeable.

We had a great experience Emergency Expedited Passports! We first needed a passport for our son, and they made the process approachable and easy. The team clearly outlined what we needed and accommodated our desired scheduling needs as well. They also astutely alerted us that I needed a new passport with only 1 month left before expiration and added my application alongside my son's on same expedited time frame. They delivered the passports exactly when they said they would and were very thorough at every stage in process. I would definitely recommend them if you need an expedited passport. Everyone on the team was thoughtful and even knew our names as we walked into the office each time.

This place was an absolute godsend!! After having my passport stolen and needing to fly the next day internatonally to get home to my pregnant wife and two year old, I was in a pretty low place. Until I ran into Michelle. Michelle was the most professional and one of kindest people I've ever met. She gave me immediate hope that we could get the passport situation sorted out in 24 hours and that I would be able to fly home to Amsterdam. Then she made it happen. She even walked to the Post Office with me and waited over an hour for me to finish the paperwork. The next day at 6pm, I had my passport in hand for a 9:45pm flight out of JFK. UNBELIEVABLE. I cannot express how grateful I am for finding these guys.

Completely recommended! I used this for a 4-5 days expedited renewal, and it even got to me before that, which was amazing… Vandra was extremely nice and walked me through the whole process. Convenient location, and everyone in the office was really pleasant.

Excellent and smooth experience. Michelle helped get me a brand new passport, with extra pages, turned around in 3 days. no hiccups and no hassle. They also arranged a courier to deliver it to my hotel. The expedited price wasn't cheap, but it was fair, especially given the 3 day turnaround vs. 10-14 weeks with the State department, and most appointments were in other states. I called 2 other places in NYC and their rates were much higher.

The staff and the manager is so great. So legit and excellent service. You can’t go wrong with them 👍

The representative that helped answer my questions was very patient and knowledgeable. I really appreciated how there was always a representative to answer my calls and never a long wait. Because of the great reviews and service, I felt like I could trust ENE Passports and purchased a renewal. However, after some research I realized my passport is still considered valid to travel, but wasn’t sure if I’d be able to receive a refund. There are a few places to get a Passport FAST !!!
All in the same area. But this one is the only place you need and should go.
The friendly staff: Michelle, Tanya and Allen are all so friendly and very well versed in this type of business. I was in a sheer panic, after realizing I lost my Passport with about 2 weeks until my trip out of the country. The 3 of them, made replacing my lost passport an easy process. In about 3+ days I had my new passport. If anyone ever asks me what to do if they need a passport, quick and easy, I will send them here...

Allen and Tonya were excellent! They took my photo, filled out the renewal form on the computer and got my passport superfast. A handy piece of identification that fits in your wallet.

This is THE place to go for any passport or visa services. From my very first phone call to ask about the process, Tanya was absolutely delightful and so willing to help and answer any questions. She explained all my options for renewing my passport and even got there early on a very rainy Saturday morning to take care of everything. She also took a pretty darn good looking passport photo which is a massive accomplishment in itself. After filling out the application online, she emailed me when all the paperwork was sent to the agency for processing. Within a week, I received a call that both my passport book and passport card were ready! One of the most seamless procedures, given how daunting it seemed to do it alone.
