I frantically walked into the office on a Saturday (after the hours even) and purchased the 3-5 business day passport renewal option. Allan walked me through all the paperwork, took my passport photo on the spot, and on Monday I had already received in email that the passport was being processed. By Wednesday (the third business day!) Allan had the passport ready. It didn’t even take the full 5 days! I am beyond thankful for this group and their incredible service. Their office is a small suite in a larger building. They set you up, charge as fair a possible and take as many photos as you want until you land on a modelesque one. I got my passport back earlier than they quoted and had 0 issues.

What awesome customer service. We ended up not using them as our flight was in 12 hours, but that did not stop them from taking the time and assist us like we were paying customers. With that said, Alan stayed with us for 20 minutes and walked us throug the process of what we could do next. And that insight was not getting to us any other way. From my very first phone call to ask about the process, Tanya was absolutely delightful and so willing to help and answer any questions. She explained all my options for renewing my passport and even got there early on a very rainy Saturday morning to take care of everything. She also took a pretty darn good looking passport photo which is a massive accomplishment in itself. After filling out the application online, she emailed me when all the paperwork was sent to the agency for processing. Within a week, I received a call that both my passport book and passport card were ready! One of the most seamless procedures, given how daunting it seemed to do it alone. The owner Alan is also fantastic and everyone at Emergency Expedited Passports truly cares about their customers and doing things right. You are in very good hands here.
