She also took a pretty darn good looking passport photo which is a massive accomplishment in itself. After filling out the application online, she emailed me when all the paperwork was sent to the agency for processing. Within a week, I received a call that both my passport book and passport card were ready! One of the most seamless procedures, given how daunting it seemed to do it alone. Their office is a small suite in a larger building. They set you up, charge as fair a possible and take as many photos as you want until you land on a modelesque one. I got my passport back earlier than they quoted and had 0 issues.

What awesome customer service. We ended up not using them as our flight was in 12 hours, but that did not stop them from taking the time and assist us like we were paying customers.
