A letter of invitation from the host company or sponsor in Indonesia explaining the relationship to the applicant and the purpose of travel to Indonesia. In addition, the letter must indicate the length of stay, place of stay, and host’s name and contact information. Please note: Invitation Letters must be addressed to the appropriate “Consulate of Indonesia” except applications submitted to Washington DC. Letters of invitation for Washington DC must be addressed to “Embassy of Indonesia”.
