Applicants traveling to India for business purposes must submit the following documents in addition to the standard visa application form
PROOF OF TRAVEL ARRANGEMENTS
Please provide a computer-generated flight itinerary from the airline or a travel agency.
PASSPORT SIZE PHOTOS
Submit two recent passport-sized photos. In-house photo service available for $15. You can also visit Walgreens, FedEx Office, or CVS. Follow official photo guidelines for approval.
