Passport Photo Regulations

• Your photo must be recent, within the last 6 months. You cannot use the same photo as the one in your current passport.
• No eyeglasses, hats or jewelry can be worn.

• Center the head with the frame, making sure the photo shows the full head, from top of hair to bottom of chin.
• Have a neutral expression and be facing the camera.
• For children or minors the eyes must be opened, even for newborn.
• Printed on matte or glossy photo quality paper
• Eye glasses must not be worn – Effective November 1st 2016
• Background must be plain white or off-white
• Taken with a neutral facial expression or a natural smile, with both eyes open
• No hats or head coverings, unless you wear it daily for religious purposes, your full face must be visible
• No headphones or wireless hands free devices
• No scans of photos already printed
