All multiple entry applications must provide an official invitation/visa approval notification issued by the appropriate Indonesian government agency and provided by host/sponsor in Indonesia.

Those that are entering other than simple business meetings, ie. training or technical purposes must provide an approval from immigration in Jakarta. Approval must be sent to the consulate directly and a copy provided with the submission.
