The Consulate of Bangladesh has instituted a web-based visa application form. The application must be completed online and then printed. You must also upload a digital photograph to the application in addition to the two printed photographs required with this application. Details can be found at https://www.bdcgny.org/visa. We cannot process your visa request if you do not complete the application form online. Your completed application must:

• Include answers for all fields
• Include your signature as it appears in your passport
• Upload a digital photo (45 x 35mm in JPEG format, no larger than 300kb, against a white background)
• Please leave all Payment Detail fields blank. Payment details are not required questions. When on the payment details screen simply click the Save & Next button to proceed to the next step, skipping all payment details.
