PASSPORT SIZE PHOTOS

Submit two recent passport-sized photos. In-house photo service available for $15. You can also visit Walgreens, FedEx Office, or CVS. Follow official photo guidelines for approval.

Additional Documentation for Non-U.S. Citizens for Japan Visa

Submit your original Green Card or U.S. Resident Permit. F or J visa holders must include a signed I-20 or DS-2019 form. Photocopies are accepted.
