Flight Itinerary (Round-trip) for All Japan Visa Types
Provide a confirmed round-trip flight reservation showing your full name, booking reference, flight numbers, airline details, travel dates, and all destinations, starting and ending in the U.S.
PASSPORT SIZE PHOTOS
Submit two recent passport-sized photos. In-house photo service available for $15. You can also visit Walgreens, FedEx Office, or CVS. Follow official photo guidelines for approval.
Additional Documentation for Non-U.S. Citizens for Japan Visa
Submit your original Green Card or U.S. Resident Permit. F or J visa holders must include a signed I-20 or DS-2019 form. Photocopies are accepted.
